A stealth founder and a beta product: how to launch with Clau before your 1st marketing hire.

I’ve been testing Clau, my go-to-market AI that helps founders validate ideas and launch faster, especially before they can hire a marketing team.
One of the most interesting experiments was with a stealth founder building a voice-AI product , a human-like voicebot for complex customer conversations.
The founder asked a simple question:
“Can you help me create a go-to-market plan for my voice AI?”
Instead of jumping straight to an answer, Clau asked questions first, about stage, pilots, industries, differentiation. That short exchange changed everything. It turned a vague idea into a personalised validation plan.
In minutes, Clau produced a 90-day roadmap with clear ICPs in healthcare and fintech, pilot strategies, compliance-led messaging, and measurable goals (70% demo-to-pilot, $500K pipeline).
The founder was excited “It feels like having a marketing strategist in the room.”
Their feedback? “I want more of your voice and examples in it.” So next I’ll be training Clau with live examples and short “voice diaries” to make it sound less like an AI, more like me.
Early-stage founders don’t need a marketing team to validate problem-customer fit, they need clarity and practical advise they can implement themselves.
That’s why I'm building Clau.
